Who We Need
A bi-lingual, Montreal based Franchise Sales person to generate, coordinate and follow up on all leads for Quebec regional Franchise Sales. This individual will be required attend teleconference and regional sales meetings and provide some administrative support to the Franchise Sales department.
Key Accountabilities
- Generate, Coordinate and follow up on all leads for Franchise Sales in the Quebec market.
- Coordinate activities related to the sale of franchises in Quebec.
- Provide support on sales calls (if required).
- Work with and report to the Director of Franchise Sales.
Detailed Activities/Tasks
- Respond to all incoming Quebec calls and web based inquiries regarding Franchise Sales within a 24 hour period
- Send out franchise information Kits
- Track and log inquiries on potential franchisees
- Provide initial screening of applicants
- Conduct ongoing follow up calls to build rapport with potential prospects
- Initiation, maintenance and closing of potential leads
- Assign qualified leads to Director of Franchise Sales (if required)
- Maintain Data Base
- Prepare weekly sales funnel
- Prepare bank/financing presentations (as required)
- Arrange and attend bank/financing meetings
- Prepare and execute competitive cost analysis specific to each region
- Organize and attend trade shows in Quebec and Ontario
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- University educated an asset but not mandatory
- Previous Franchise Sales experience or 5 years other sales experience with proven track record
- Knowledge of all MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
