Onext Media Corporation is developing into new markets internationally by way of Master Franchises. Each Master Franchise is for a specific geographic area with a development objective of selling and training and supporting franchises within the specific geographic area. Ideally, Master Franchisors will commit to develop Onext Media within the first year to create an immediate market presence and brand awareness in the new market. The Master Franchisor then may embark upon their own franchising program or continue developing franchises, depending on the Master Franchisor's preference and investment objectives. Master Franchise Candidates must have solid operational experience and have the ability to finance their development and operations.
Roles and Responsibilities of Master Franchisees
A master franchisee's responsibilities will include:
- Promotion and selling of franchises within a defined area
- Initial training, ongoing support, site selection and operational support
- Assist established franchisees
- Working with franchisees on an ongoing basis to maximize their potential
- Reporting to the Franchisor
As a Master Franchisee, you may be required to open and operate your own territory as well.
