Selection Process
The Onext Franchise Partner process is designed to ensure that potential Franchise Partners are carefully screened, informed, equipped, and trained to run an Onext Media Franchise successfully. Our objective is to get to know you and assess your comfort level in becoming a franchise partner. We are looking for the right "fit" between yourself and our franchise family. This selection process will also help you gain insight into how we pride ourselves in selecting and supporting all our franchise partners.
New Franchisee Selection Process
Stage 1: Selection
Learn About Onext -> Submit an Online Application -> Application Reviewed -> Preliminary Phone Interviews -> Management Interviews -> Approval to proceed.
Stage 2: Closing The Deal
Disclosure -> Territory Selection -> Franchise Agreement -> Financing -> Approval to proceed.
Stage 3: Setting Up The Business
Week One - Franchisee Orientation Package -> Week Two - Marketing Material and Collateral -> Week Three - Location Partners -> Week Four - Onsite Sales Training -> Week Five - Location Partner Preparation -> Week Six - Setup of Technical Infrastructure -> Week Seven - Installation of Location Partners
While each case is different, you can expect to take between ten to sixteen months to complete the process. The first step involves learning about the financial commitment.
